Worked with a couple in Boston to help advise, source, design and consult with them on an attic renovation for airbnb guests. Working with a tight budget and resources — my clients are still implementing my design suggestions as they are able to. Main goal was to modernize the space, maximize the small space to be rentable and create passive income for client (who owns the building).
